Lightweight Pulley Kit for FA20 Engines

The GFB Lightweight Pulley Kit is designed to reduce rotating mass in the FA20 accessory drive system without altering factory accessory speeds. By replacing the original steel pulleys with lightweight aluminium components, the kit improves rotational efficiency while maintaining standard belt ratios and accessory operation.

Stock Drive Ratios Retained

This kit is not an underdrive pulley kit. All pulley diameters are designed to retain the original factory drive ratios, ensuring normal operation of the alternator, water pump, and other belt-driven accessories.

Complete Matched Pulley Set

The pulleys are supplied as a matched set to ensure correct belt alignment and compatibility when installed together on FA20 engines.

Lightweight Aluminium Construction

Each pulley is manufactured from lightweight aluminium to reduce inertia compared to the factory components while maintaining precise machining and fitment.
