    A busy position has become available within our company for a Full-Time Service Coordinator who can demonstrate the highest communication/interpersonal skills with patience and an uplifting personality!

    This is an important role at Euro Car Upgrades, supporting the Workshop Manager and the team of Technicians ensuring productive workflow and excellent customer service to our customers.

    This role will include

    Customer Liaison

    • Establish strong rapport with customers, suppliers, and managers
    • Answering phone calls
    • Booking car services/repairs/ loan car
    • Answering customer queries on technical advice & vehicle advice
    • Providing customer with detailed quotes
    • Monitoring bookings made through the website, following up where necessary and confirming with the customer
    • Liaising with suppliers

    Administration

    • Printing job cards
    • Ensuring parts are ordered for the next day scheduled jobs
    • Eftpos reconciliation
    • Consolidating client info for feedback surveys
    • Banking

    Warehouse/Stock

    • Booking courier pickups
    • Accepting deliveries
    • Entering new stock items into the system
    • Stock ordering
    • Managing stocktake levels ensuring they are accurate at all times

    The successful candidate will possess

    • Customer service experience in the Automotive/Workshop industry
    • Good knowledge of different vehicles and parts

    About the business

    Euro Car Upgrades located in a centre of Maroochydore are looking for skilled and qualified Automotive Diagnostic Technician/Mechanic. The right candidate will be a competent mechanic, with good knowledge in European cars and automotive systems. You will be required to work unsupervised and in a team environment. Your work will mostly include working on European cars, such as: Audi, Volkswagen, Mercedes & BMW. You will be required to provide an expert advise in relation to current mechanical condition of vehicles and install Performance Modifications as well as use Diagnostics Equipment like ODIS, MB Star and BMW RHEINGOLD

Apprentice Auto Electrician

Euro Car Upgrades Pty Ltd is a rapidly growing company. It provides Chip Tuning & Performance Upgrades, Tow Bars, Electronic Car Upgrades & genuine Retrofits to Clients across Australia with Luxury Euro Vehicles such as Volkswagen, Audi, Mercedes, Porsche, BMW, Range Rover & Volvo.

Our Head Office is based in Maroochydore and we look for an 17-22 year old apprentice to develop the company further and move into our new location in new Sunshine Coast CBD.

This position is for an Apprentice Auto Electrician and would suit a young person who has genuine interest in German vehicles and diagnostics & retrofits of Euro vehicles. The award wage of an apprentice is $9.81 per hour and this will be your starting salary.

The successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of the business from bottom and will be trained to become a fully qualified auto-electrician with specialty in Volkswagen & Audi and thorough knowledge of other German brands. We will invite successful applicants for an interview followed by an unpaid trial day with our Master Tech.
