Delivery Information & In-Store Pick Up

IMPORTANT: There may be delays on certain products due to the current pandemic situation. This may include incoming stock transfers and courier delivery times.

Shipping Carriers

We use a range of couriers and postal services depending on your location, type of item and cost. These include freight companies such as Australia Post, Startrack & TNT.

Our “Express Shipping” service ensures your order is sent with either Australia Post express or Startrack express.

Please only enter valid and complete street addresses, failure to do so may result in delays in delivery or packages going missing. Euro Car Electronics will not accept any liability for lost freight if an invalid street address is used.

PO Boxes are not allowed.

Shipping Fees & Charges

Shipping charges can be calculated in the shopping cart and checkout.

Delivery

Deliveries made by courier (heavy and bulky items) cannot be delivered to an unattended address. The courier will require a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery, if no one is available to sign for the goods or an authority to leave (ATL) is not given a card will be left and the parcel re-directed to the nearest courier depot. You will then be responsible for collecting the parcel from that depot you may incur an additional charge for re-delivery by the courier company.

Euro Car Electronics recommends all deliveries be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours, whether that is a home, work or other address, to minimize any redelivery delays and/or fees.

Please check that all parts received match the invoice. If you have been incorrectly supplied any items, please contact info@eurocarupgrades.com.au and we will rectify the issue for you.

Pick Up

In store pickup is available from 14 Sunshine Cove Way, Maroochydore.

Please select "Other Methods " in the checkout, once the item is ready for pick up an email notification will be sent. Some items may not be available for immediate pick up if you require something urgently please call before ordering.

Pick up is available Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.

Damaged Deliveries

If an item has been damage in transit photographs of the item/s and all packaging must be sent to info@eurocarupgrades.com.au with 48 hours of the delivery date.

Dispatch & Handling Time

Majority of items at Euro Car Electronics are advertised to dispatch within 1 - 3 business days of the order being placed. Whilst 99% of orders are dispatched within this time period on occasion this may not be the case due to factors beyond our control.

If you require a part urgently please contact our friendly staff and we will be able to provide you with a more precise dispatch & shipping time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched Euro Car Electronics will issue you an email with tracking details.

Stock Availability

Dispatch and delivery time is subject to availability of stock.

Enquire for Availability

Some products are listed as "7-14 days" as we cannot guarantee a specific dispatch time however the items are available. Products with this status usually ship within a few weeks. We strongly encourage customers to double check with our customer service team if you intend to order a “7-14days” item so we can give you a better indication on delivery times.

Will my parts be shipped together?

Majority of orders will be combined into one shipment, if for any reason should the order be split into more than one shipment tracking numbers will be provided.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

By providing authority to leave or if you selected this option over the telephone with our Sales team, Euro Car Electronics will leave your parcel unattended at your premises in accordance with your instructions.

You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises.

Euro Car Electronics and contractors associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from this Authority to Leave delivery method. You agree to release Euro Car Electronics against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.
