This swirl flap delete kit is designed for 4.2 V8 TDI engines used across Audi, Volkswagen and Porsche platforms. The factory intake system uses swirl flaps that are known to wear over time, loosen and eventually break apart.

When this occurs, debris can be drawn into the engine, leading to serious internal damage. This kit removes the swirl flap assemblies and replaces them with a solid, reliable solution.

Unlike basic delete kits, this version includes brackets designed to prevent the common P2015 fault code associated with intake runner position limits.

This makes it suitable not only as a preventative upgrade, but also as a proper repair solution when faults are already present.
