GFB’s DV+ design solves the longevity and boost-leaking issues that are common with factory diverter valves. It also changes the operation method to “pilot actuation” (read more about this below), ensuring better performance on both stock and modified engines.

What’s more, these benefits won’t break the bank! Rather than discarding the entire factory diverter valve system like other manufacturers' so-called solutions, the DV+ keeps what works and replaces what doesn’t.

Why Not Just Use a Spacer?

There are many “BOV spacers” on the market that make noise. However, they achieve this by simply redirecting air to atmosphere using the factory diverter valve. As a result:

  • The performance limitations of the factory diverter valve remain unchanged.
  • The flow capacity is significantly reduced due to the small venting holes in these spacers.

ECU vs Vacuum Control

Other BOV kits eliminate ECU control entirely and rely solely on manifold vacuum. While this method works (and is common), ECU control is significantly faster:

  • It can detect and respond to much smaller throttle transitions.
  • Since it’s available on your car, why not take advantage of it?

What’s Special About Our Venting Bias System?

GFB’s patented Venting Bias Adjustment System is the only one of its kind. It uses an internal rotating sleeve to allow infinite adjustment of both the recirc and atmosphere ports. That means:

  • You’re not stuck with a fixed 50/50 or 100% atmosphere ratio – you can set it however you like.
  • The atmosphere vent uses a large single outlet, not small holes – resulting in a deeper and louder venting sound than any BOV spacer.
