High-Flow EFI Fuel Pressure Regulator with -8AN Ports

The GFB FX-D fuel pressure regulator is designed for performance EFI systems that need high flow, stable control and reliable sealing. With multiple body ports and dual gauge/sensor provision, it suits a wide range of plumbing layouts, from traditional return systems to more custom configurations.

Ports and Plumbing Flexibility

The FX-D includes 2x -8AN inlet ports, 1x -8AN return port, and 2x 1/8” NPT ports for a mechanical gauge and/or an ECU fuel pressure sensor. The extra inlet options also allow more setup choices than a basic single inlet/outlet design.

High Flow and Adjustable Base Pressure

Rated to flow 1800 litres per hour at 25psi, the FX-D supports high-demand fuel systems. Base (static) pressure is adjustable from 25psi to 80psi to suit different injectors, pumps and tuning targets.

Boost Reference with 1:1 Pressure Rise

A boost/vacuum reference provides a 1:1 fuel pressure rise rate, keeping pressure differential consistent as manifold pressure changes under boost.

Sealing and Durability Built In

A Teflon co-polymer valve seat and spherical stainless valve are used to help retain fuel pressure longer after shut down, improving hot restarts compared with typical metal-to-metal designs. The diaphragm is double layer and reinforced with a burst strength exceeding 500psi.

Leak-Resistant and Serviceable

The spring preload adjustment screw is O-ring sealed to prevent vacuum/boost leaks, and the regulator is completely serviceable for long-term use.

Suitable fuel compatibility is stated for unleaded petrol and common performance fuels including ethanol, methanol, and diesel.
