The Getac S410 G5 is a rugged workshop laptop prepared and configured by Euro Car Upgrades for professional Volkswagen Group diagnostics using ODIS.

It provides independent workshops, automotive electricians and diagnostic specialists with a reliable platform for factory-level vehicle diagnostics, guided fault finding, coding, programming, adaptations and authorised online functions.

Optional GeKo & Online ODIS Business Registration

Eligible Australian automotive businesses can add our complete Volkswagen Group GeKo and online ODIS registration service.

Euro Car Upgrades assists your workshop through the manufacturer approval process and configures the supplied Getac laptop for genuine online ODIS access once the application has been approved.

The registration package includes:

Complete GeKo and online ODIS business registration service: $6,995

Payment & Approval

A 50% deposit is payable when the registration package is ordered. The remaining balance is invoiced after Volkswagen Group has approved the application.

The registration process normally takes approximately 2–4 weeks from receipt of the deposit and all required documentation.

Final approval is controlled by Volkswagen Group and cannot be guaranteed by Euro Car Upgrades. If the manufacturer declines the workshop application, the GeKo registration deposit paid to Euro Car Upgrades is refunded in full.

Applicant Requirements

GeKo and online ODIS registration is available to eligible Australian automotive businesses. Applicants will normally be required to provide:

• Valid Australian Business Number
• Current criminal history check
• Identity verification for the authorised applicant
• Business details and supporting documentation
• D-U-N-S number

Euro Car Upgrades can arrange or assist with the D-U-N-S registration process as part of the service.

Factory Diagnostic Setup for Trade Workshops

Ongoing Volkswagen Group Online Access

The initial ODIS business registration establishes your workshop with Volkswagen Group. Ongoing online diagnostic access is then purchased separately using manufacturer subscriptions or access tokens.

Depending on the brand and current Volkswagen Group arrangements, access may be available for periods ranging from approximately one hour through to longer-term subscriptions.

Access-token pricing, duration and availability are controlled by Volkswagen Group and can change. Ongoing token costs are not included in the laptop, VAS 6154B interface or registration package price.

Optional ODIS Technician Training

Having the correct equipment is only useful if your technicians know how to use it properly.

Practical ODIS training is available through Euro Car Upgrades and can cover:
