How to Access the Diagnostics Menu:

If your Lexus, model years 2008-2018, has lost audio, you might be able to identify the issue using the built-in diagnostic menu. This menu helps pinpoint faults in your audio system, which relies on all modules being present and functional.

To Enter the Diagnostics Menu:

  1. Turn on the radio and ensure the display is active.
  2. Press and hold the “MENU” button on the control mouse while toggling the headlights on and off three times.
  3. Select “Failure Diagnosis,” then choose “System Check.”
  4. If “MOST” appears in orange, press it to reveal the fault.
  5. Exit the menu by pressing and holding “DISP” or by restarting the car.

If Your Amplifier Shows a Fault: If the diagnostic code is B15C3, it indicates a fault in the amplifier that we can repair.

If you’re unsure about what’s displayed on the screen, feel free to take a photo and email it to us, or give us a call for assistance. We’re here to help!
