The SV52 includes two springs plus a spring pre-load adjustment system, so you can tune it for optimum throttle response and boost recovery after gearshifts, without the expensive trial-and-error of purchasing additional springs.

Suits engines with manifold vacuum ranging from 5–22inHg (17–74.5kPa, 2.5–11psi vacuum).

Monobloc billet body for strength without bulk

Its unparalleled pressure capacity starts with a monobloc body design, CNC machined from a single aluminium billet. This approach maximises strength while avoiding unnecessary size and weight.

Piston design for high-boost reliability

The SV52 uses a large 52.5mm piston running in a hard, low-friction anodised bore, with a sealing layout that includes Viton O-ring seals. This combination is designed for consistent operation across countless cycles.

A piston is used instead of a diaphragm because a blow-off valve sees frequent pressure reversals during acceleration and lift-off. Over time, that repeated collapsing and inflating can lead to diaphragm failure. A piston avoids this issue and is better suited to extreme pressure, temperature and cyclic conditions.

Compact mounting design

By eliminating bulky v-band style mounting, the piston and venting ports can sit lower, reducing overall height to a figure others can’t match.
