V-Band Weld-On Mount for GFB Blow-Off Valves with Threaded Inlets

The GFB 5610 V-Band Weld-On Kit provides a compact and reliable solution for custom aluminium intercooler pipework where the factory threaded blow-off valve inlet is not suitable. This kit replaces the original threaded inlet on selected GFB valves, allowing them to be mounted using a V-band interface.

Designed for Custom Aluminium Intercooler Pipes

This kit is intended for fabricated aluminium piping in performance applications where a permanent weld-on mounting solution is required. The aluminium weld-on flange is welded directly to the intercooler pipe, creating a strong and accurately positioned mounting point.

V-Band Mounting System

A Viton O-ring provides a positive seal between the valve and adaptor, while the supplied stainless steel band and fastener (often referred to as a V-clamp) ensure consistent clamping force and long-term reliability.

Application-Specific Design

Part number 5610 is specifically designed for GFB blow-off valves that use a threaded inlet. It is not interchangeable with kits designed for 3-screw inlet valves and must be matched to the correct valve part number.
