This Darkside Developments DPF delete pipe is designed specifically for the high-output Audi 3.0 V6 BiTDI twin-turbo diesel engine used in selected Audi A6 C7, A7 Sportback 4G and SQ5 8R models.

Manufactured from 316L stainless steel and TIG welded for strength and durability, the pipe replaces the factory diesel particulate filter while retaining compatibility with the original exhaust system.

ECU Software Requirement

A custom ECU calibration is required after installation. Removing the factory DPF without the correct ECU software will result in DPF-related fault codes, warning lights and incorrect emissions-system operation.

The Darkside pipe is supplied with the required lambda sensor provision. Sensor configuration and ECU calibration should be carried out by an experienced professional familiar with the Audi 3.0 BiTDI engine.

Important Compatibility Information

This pipe is specifically designed for the 3.0 V6 BiTDI twin-turbo diesel. It does not fit every Audi 3.0 TDI. Many A6, A7, Q5 and SQ5 models use different single-turbo 3.0 TDI engines and different DPF assemblies.

Please confirm the engine code and existing DPF part number before ordering.
