This is a brand new genuine Volkswagen Group mechatronic unit for the DQ200 7-speed dry-clutch DSG transmission, commonly identified by the 0AM transmission family and used in a wide range of lower-torque Audi, Volkswagen and Škoda vehicles.

The mechatronic assembly combines the transmission control electronics with the hydraulic valve body responsible for operating the gear selectors and both dry clutches. It controls clutch engagement, gear selection, hydraulic pressure and transmission operation.

Genuine New Replacement

Unlike repaired or remanufactured units, this is a brand new OEM Volkswagen Group component. It is suitable as a replacement where the existing DQ200 mechatronic has suffered an electronic, hydraulic or internal control failure.

Installation and Programming

This mechatronic unit is not a simple plug-and-play replacement. The correct software configuration must be matched to the vehicle and transmission.

After installation, a suitable diagnostic system such as ODIS or an equivalent professional VAG diagnostic platform is required to perform the necessary programming/coding, DSG basic settings and clutch/transmission adaptations.

Important Compatibility Information

DQ200 transmissions were only fitted to selected engine and drivetrain combinations within the models listed in "THIS FITS" tab. The same vehicle generation may also have been supplied with conventional automatic transmissions, manual gearboxes or other DSG types including DQ250, DQ381 and DQ500.
