High heat stress expands and contracts the internal surfaced mounted electronic components causing microscopic fractures. These fractures interrupt the circuit. These surface mounted components can be as small as a one tenth of a millimetre in size, requiring the needle point skills of our engineers to remove and replace them. Some of these ECUs are no longer available to order new from the dealer. Thankfully for you we can repair these units.
