Manual Boost Control for VNT / VGT Turbochargers

The GFB V2 VNT Boost Controller was developed to address the unique boost control requirements of Variable Nozzle / Variable Geometry Turbochargers. Unlike conventional wastegate-based turbo systems, VNT and VGT turbos rely on vane position rather than a wastegate to control boost, requiring a different control approach.

Designed Specifically for VNT / VGT Systems

Traditional manual boost controllers are not suitable for VNT or VGT turbochargers. The GFB V2 VNT controller is engineered to work with these systems by regulating the control signal that operates the turbo vanes, allowing boost pressure to be limited mechanically and predictably.

By providing a controlled pressure reference, the V2 VNT controller helps prevent excessive boost levels, making it suitable for applications where factory electronic control has been modified, bypassed, or simplified.
