EGR Blanking Plate for Holden Rodeo 4JH1 3.0L Turbo Diesel

This solid EGR blanking plate blocks exhaust gas flow through the EGR connection on the Holden Rodeo 4JH1 3.0L turbo diesel. Designed for an off-road EGR delete, it provides the mechanical block-off to use alongside the required ECU software changes.

Solid plate for a complete block-off

The plate has no bypass hole, so it closes the blanked passage rather than allowing a reduced flow of exhaust gas. This stops further exhaust soot entering the intake through that connection.

Existing deposits are not removed by fitting a plate. If the intake manifold already has significant carbon buildup, combine the work with intake cleaning to address the restriction.

Select EGR Fix on Engine ECU above to add our mail-in tuning service, then send your engine ECU to us for the software work. The tuning configures the ECU for the EGR modification and addresses the associated EGR monitoring that can otherwise trigger an engine warning light.

The base price covers the blanking plate only. If suitable EGR software has already been arranged, purchase the plate on its own.
