Nissan Navara and Patrol EGR Blanking Plate
This EGR blanking plate provides the physical block-off for an off-road EGR delete on compatible Nissan Navara YD25 and Patrol ZD30 common-rail diesel engines. It fits at the EGR pipe connection to stop recirculated exhaust gas passing through that connection into the intake.
Blocking this flow prevents the EGR system from introducing further exhaust soot through the blanked passage. Existing carbon deposits remain in place, so an intake that is already restricted may also benefit from cleaning.
Order the plate with ECU tuning
The plate handles the mechanical side of the modification; ECU tuning handles the EGR control and monitoring in the engine software. Select EGR Fix on Engine ECU in the product options to add our mail-in tuning service, then send your engine ECU to us for the software work.
If suitable EGR software has already been arranged, you can purchase the plate separately. The base product price covers the plate only.

- Nissan Patrol GU / Y61 with the 3.0L ZD30 common-rail diesel engine, including wagon and cab chassis applications.
Installation
The plate installs at the EGR duct connection. Follow the supplied installation guide and use the specified high-temperature gasket sealant to seal the joint. Professional installation and ECU tuning are also available through Euro Car Electronics.

Frequently asked questions
Does the plate price include ECU tuning?
No. Select the mail-in ECU tuning option above to include the software work with your order. You will need to send your engine ECU to us for this service.
Does this plate remove the EGR cooler?
No. This is a blanking plate for the EGR gas passage, not a complete cooler removal kit. It does not include coolant bypass hoses or additional cooler removal hardware.
Will fitting the plate clean the intake manifold?
No. Blanking the EGR passage stops further exhaust soot entering through that connection, but it does not remove deposits already inside the intake manifold.
