VAG CAN PRO with K-Line combines the CAN/UDS capabilities of standard VCP with the additional communication protocol needed by many earlier Volkswagen Group vehicles. It is a practical choice for workshops, retrofit specialists and experienced enthusiasts working across several vehicle generations.
Connect the USB interface to a compatible Windows computer to diagnose faults, configure supported control units and carry out specialist service and retrofit procedures using licensed VCP software.

K-Line expands the range of electronic modules you can communicate with. It is particularly valuable on older vehicles and on platforms that use a mixture of CAN and K-Line diagnostics.
For example, the Audi A4 B6 relies on K-Line for diagnostic access. The A4 B7 uses CAN for certain systems, while other modules still require K-Line. VCP+K provides both communication options within the same platform.
K-Line capability is included with this package, so there is no separate K-Line activation to purchase.

The system can be expanded with additional ZDC/VIM file access, vehicle-specific scripts, ESP coding options and specialist EDC16 or EDC17 flashing plugins. These optional purchases let you add capability as new jobs come into your workshop.
Guided Service Procedures
VCP's OCF procedures display the required steps and operating conditions within the software. Supported tasks include service-interval resets, electronic parking-brake servicing, throttle adaptations, battery coding, injector coding and steering-angle sensor calibration.
These guided workflows help make repeat workshop tasks easier to perform consistently.
Software Licence and Updates
The package includes licensed VCP software and 12 months of updates. The manufacturer's Activator manages software activation and downloads.
Your installed software continues working after the included update period. Renewing the annual subscription provides access to current releases and online support. An active subscription is also required for server downloads and purchasing additional plugins or scripts.
If you choose not to renew, keep a backup of your installed software.
