EGR Cooler Blanking Kit for Audi B9 / C7 Platform and VW Amarok 3.0 TDI V6 engines

This complete kit allows removal and blanking of the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve and cooler on Audi and Volkswagen vehicles fitted with the 3.0 TDI V6 engine. Removing the EGR reduces intake contamination, improves engine efficiency, and eliminates common failure points in the EGR cooling system.

SCOPE OF DELIVERY EGR DELETE:

• 2x EGR blanking plate
• 1x EGR Gasket

• 2x EGR blanking plate
• 1x EGR Gasket
• 2x Aluminium hose connector (Cooler Delete Only)
• 2x Silicone hose (Cooler Delete Only)
• 4x Jubilee Clamps (Cooler Delete Only)

Please Note: Once the valve is either removed or blanked off the vehicle's ECU will no longer get a signal from the EGR Valve causing the emissions workshop light to appear on the dash board. We can remove this by reprogramming the EGR software on the ECU.
