This kit replaces the EGR Valve. This can be used if you are wanting to remove the Anti Shudder Valve (ASV) or if the vehicle isn't fitted with one.

Our unique Grub Screw design allows for the neatest possible install, removing the bulky brass fitting found on other EGR Delete Kits. The tiny hole also eliminates the need to fit an 'in-line' reducer to stop the boost guage from fluttering under heavy load. The design also means that customers who will not be using the boost takeoff will have a clean looking install

As our design is almost exactly the same profile as the standard EGR Valve, which allows all the stock fixings to be used

• EGR Delete - A Kit to remove the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) Valve ONLY, leaving the EGR / Exhaust Cooler in place
• EGR & Cooler Delete - A complete kit that removed both the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) Valve & the EGR Cooler / Exhaust Cooler

• Machined Cap (For Cooler Pipe)
• 4x M6 BZP Bolts
• Vented Grub Screw (Boost Guage Takeoff)
• Grub Screw (to block Boost Port)

Please Note: Once the valve is either removed or blanked off the vehicle's ECU will no longer get a signal from the EGR Valve causing the emissions workshop light to appear on the dash board. We can remove this by reprogramming the EGR software on the ECU.
