This kit offers significant reliability and performance improvements, especially for off-road or high-demand applications.

This kit is designed for Stage 5 and Stage 6 engines, identified by an EGR cooler mounted to the exhaust manifold with a V-band clamp and a DPF unit located directly on the turbocharger.

All required components are included to successfully remove and bypass the EGR cooler. Step-by-step instructions are provided. Due to the location of the cooler, installation may take several hours and can be challenging. Professional installation is recommended.

An ECU remap is advised alongside this installation to ensure optimal engine operation and to disable fault codes.
