EGR Cooler Delete / Bypass Kit for Nissan Navara D40 YD25 2.5L Euro 5 diesel engines (140kW). This kit is designed specifically for later D40 models equipped with the Euro 5 engine, identifiable by the EGR cooler mounted above the exhaust manifold.

The kit includes all necessary parts and detailed installation instructions to remove and bypass the factory EGR cooler. Installation can take several hours due to the cooler's position in the engine bay.

This kit disables EGR operation electronically without triggering fault codes or limp mode. The factory ECU continues to operate normally with EGR flow mapped to 0%.

Note: This kit removes the hot-side intercooler pipe mounting bracket. While not essential, we recommend replacing the factory circlip-style pipes with an aftermarket upgrade such as the Plazmaman Circlip Delete Hot Pipe Kit to eliminate oil seepage and boost reliability.
