The factory EGR cooler operates in an extremely harsh environment, carrying hot exhaust gas while also circulating engine coolant. As these vehicles age, the cooler can become a source of carbon contamination, coolant leakage and additional heat load.

This kit removes the factory EGR cooler from the system and provides the hardware required to bypass the coolant circuit cleanly.
