EGR Blanking Kit – VW Transporter T5.1 & T6 2.0 TDI (CAA / CCH Engines)

This EGR blanking kit is designed for Volkswagen Transporter T5.1 and T6 models equipped with the 2.0 TDI CAA and CCH engine variants (excluding CFCA).

The kit blanks off the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve at both the turbocharger and inlet manifold, preventing exhaust gases from being recirculated back into the intake system.

What This Kit Does:

• Blanks the EGR valve at the turbocharger
• Blanks the EGR connection at the inlet manifold

Installation Notes:

• Blanking plates must be installed at the turbo and inlet manifold
• The turbo location requires a gasket (included where specified)
• The inlet manifold uses the factory rubber seal

Important:

After blanking the EGR system, the ECU will detect the absence of the EGR signal and may trigger an emissions workshop warning light. Software reprogramming of the ECU is required to correctly disable the EGR function and prevent fault codes.
