These Euro 4 engines can be identified by the EGR cooler mounted at the front of the engine and an EGR valve secured to the intake manifold with four bolts.

This kit includes everything needed to remove and bypass the EGR cooler, along with detailed step-by-step installation instructions. Installation typically takes a few hours using basic mechanical tools.

The EGR system will be electronically disabled without triggering any fault codes or limp mode. The factory ECU will continue to operate normally with zero EGR flow.
